Eleven types in two groups: - Core Architecture agents (inside your software): Autonomous Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG-Powered Agents, Function-Calling Agents, Tool-Use Agents, Action-Oriented Agents. - Voice Layer agents (phone and voice): Conversational Voice Agents, Inbound Call Automation Agents, Outbound Dialing Agents, AI Appointment Schedulers, Multimodal Voice Assistants. - **Combined systems**: workflows and agents running as one pipeline, for example Cold Outreach finds prospects, Lead Triage scores the replies and an Outbound Dialing Agent calls the hot leads. Free discovery call: we go through your bottlenecks and tools, and you leave with an architecture plan and a firm quote, with no obligation. 2. Architecture design, then the build with a mid-build demo, then the final handover. 3. Simple workflows often go live within a few hours; most workflows and AI agents within 48 hours to 4-5 days, depending on complexity. 4. After launch we keep monitoring, maintaining and improving the system, with a short monthly report. Every project includes 14 days of free support and bug fixes after go-live. If we fail to deliver the scope agreed in writing, you get a refund of the unused portion. ## Plans Four plans: Foundation (first 1-2 workflows), Growth (3-4 workflows, 1 AI agent included), Enterprise (5-7 workflows, 3-4 AI agents, dedicated automation architect) and Custom Automation (bespoke systems).
