Case study 1
An AI receptionist and consultant that never sleeps
The problem
We work with businesses across time zones. A visitor who lands on our website at 2 am their time, with a question about automating their front desk, used to get a contact form and a wait.
What we built
- An assistant on our own website that answers questions about our services in plain words, from our own approved facts.
- It recommends what to automate for the visitor’s business, like a consultant would.
- It books discovery calls straight into our calendar, by text, voice note or live voice, with confirmation and reminder emails.
- Every reply is checked against our facts before it’s shown, so it doesn’t invent prices, promises or features.
- It runs on our own servers. Visitors’ messages are never sent to OpenAI or any other third-party AI.
The result
Every visitor gets an answer at any hour, and calls land in our calendar without anyone on our team lifting a finger.
Case study 2
A lead engine that finds and qualifies our clients
The problem
Finding the right businesses to talk to used to mean hours of searching, opening websites one by one, and calling numbers that turned out to be wrong or switchboards.
What we built
- A system that searches for businesses in the industries we serve, then reads each one’s website and reviews.
- It checks the business is the right size and that the number is a real mobile, not a landline or a shared switchboard.
- It notes where each business is losing time, for example no way to book online, or reviews about calls not being answered.
- Every weekday morning it writes a fresh call list with talking points for each business, so we know why we’re calling.
The result
It has searched, checked and qualified 660+ businesses for us automatically, and our day starts with a ready call list instead of a blank spreadsheet.
